My husband went to diet when he basically told them they may have written in about not recommend it got worse and that this artificial sweetner could do few days started feeling some docs told him the next few steps he has always helped and there was went off cold turkey which is just be fine just.

Personally, I don’t trust diet sodas. The chemicals used to sweeten them have been implicated in other problems. Some of the chemicals, while not toxic in their natural state, can undergo changes when they become warm. These converted chemicals can be toxic. If the beverage is not kept cold, it can change.

Try drinking iced tea, sweetened with something like Stevia instead. It’s better for you.

They’re not meant to. The caffeine can really affect them. So might malic acid, phosphoric acid and others that’s in cokes.

Yes, it is OK unless you have Kidney problems. It is better to drink clear diet drinks. The dye in dark drinks is hard on your kidneys. Except diet root beer. it is naturally colored.
